After nearly two decades of global experience in advertising, branding, consulting services and public
relations at Publicis Groupe companies, Mike established the Big Arrow Group to meet the needs of clients
who were looking for answers not just ads. At Publicis, Mike served as President of Medicus/New York, CEO
of Medicus London and Chief Strategy Officer of Manning Selvage and Lee.

For 20 years, Mike has been involved in numerous aspects of the communications
industry - from Director of Corporate Relations and Development at the historic
Ford's Theatre to a senior account executive handling global branding
assignments at Manning Selvage and Lee. Some highlights of his career include
the supervision of 6 nationally televised Presidential Galas, managing the media
of EchoStar's $28 billion purchase of Hughes Electronics from GM, and managing
branding assignments for WR Grace, Inova Health Systems, P&G, and Philips
Electronics.

Laura brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique point of view to the Big Arrow
Team. At Medicus, Laura played a key role in positioning products within the
consumer and professional marketplaces for P&G, Lilly and Boehringer Mannheim.
At Big Arrow her role as Project Manager has included working on the global brand
positioning for WR Grace and development of advertising and sales materials for
Penguin Computing.
Laura is a registered dental hygienist and spends her spare time as a freelance
casting director for Calvin Klein, Kodak and Motorola.

The most recent addition to the Big Arrow Team, Kate comes to us
following her tenure as Assistant Brand Manager of Children's
Nutritionals at Bayer Consumer Care where she helped the
Flinstones vitamin line achieve a 17% brand growth. An MBA
graduate of New York University's Stern School, Kate spent five
years as the Director of Corporate Communications for the
American Arbitration Association after beginning her career as
an Account Executive with the Gibbs & Soell PR agency. She lives
in Manhattan with her fellow "foodie" husband, John, and is
quite proud to have once caught a 40 pound rock fish off the
coast of Martha's Vineyard.

Carol has enjoyed a 25-year career in consumer and healthcare communications,
most recently as a partner at Ogilvy & Mather, where she directed strategic and
communications planning for the agency's Kraft brands, including Maxwell House,
and for Unilever, most notably Dove Face Care.
Prior to Ogilvy, Carol was a Creative Director at Medicus, developing strategy
and creative for the agency's global branding unit.

Stretching the boundaries of design and creative thinking, Andy
has excelled in mediums ranging from print to web design. His
work at the firms Equifinality, Allen & Gerritsen and Krush
Worldwide has benefited such clients as LaCoste, Reebok,
Thumbplay.com, Vibes, ATT and others. Andy is a Sister Thea
Bowman Honors graduate of Boston College where he was a starter
on the varsity fencing squad.

Rob has over twenty years experience as a communications designer/art director
in the business-to-business arena. He has designed and directed award-winning
work in the areas of corporate identity, brand image development, integrated
communications systems, advertising and annual reports. In his previous life, he
was Creative Director at Masius and Clarion Brand Communications. Clients have
included: Ace Limited, Advantest, Aetna, Capital One, W.R.Grace, JPMorgan, John
Hancock, IBM, Pitney Bowes, Sun Trust and Symbol Technologies.

Bill is a senior marketing and communications executive specializing in the
healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Bill has extensive experience in all
phases of communications, including strategic planning, integrated programs and
global marketing.
As General Manager at Ogilvy Healthworld he was responsible for both
professional and consumer divisions. Prior to Ogilvy, Bill was a Senior Partner
at J Walter Thompson, where he established healthcare@JWT, a unit dedicated to
pharmaceutical marketing.

After graduating from design school in Milan, Guy moved to New York where he
worked as an Art Director at Doremus. Later he joined Merkley Newman Harty as an
Art Director/Associate Creative Director. His work has won him numerous awards
and has been published in CA and Archive. He now freelances in New York and
Italy and is researching whether he and Mike Marino have any relatives in
common.

After graduating with a degree in Art Education, MaryAnne realized teaching was
not the career she wanted. Instead, her work as a production artist for
Backpacker magazine lead her to 20 successful years advertising and marketing,
with a focus on business communications. She has held the position of Production
Manager at several agencies before leaving the corporate world to work as an
independent production consultant.
